So it looks like even most of those who still look at these Livejournal posts aren't getting any new information out of them. For those who stick to Livejournal because of the RSS feed, http://adamcadre.tumblr.com/rss is a thing, and is updated in real time rather than monthly. (Also, there's virtually nothing on it except for site updates, if you're worried about being inundated with cat GIFs.)

Livejournal bugs

So, I composed the 2015.05 summary, and scheduled it to be posted at the usual time. It did not appear as scheduled. There doesn't seem to be a "post immediately" button on queued posts. There doesn't even seem to be an "access queue" button - the only way I can find to get to the post is via my browser history. This is annoying, especially given that it is for the sake of a platform that was largely abandoned many years ago. Occasionally I will come here to put up the summary post and see that, oh, how about that, Joe Mason posted a comment six months ago.

Thus, it does seem as though the time has come to pull the plug on Livejournal. Is anyone (aside from, apparently, Joe Mason) even reading this?
